Method1. Cook pasta according to instructions on packet.2. Brown minced beef in a frying pan. There is no need to add extra oil as the beef will cook in its own fat. Drain the excess fat from the minced beef once it is brown and return minced beef to pan. 3. Add the passata and black pepper and heat until passata is hot. 3. Stir in the creme fraiche, if used, and cook for a further 30 seconds. 4. Serve with pasta and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
