Tuna and Bean Salad


This makes a very quick lunch and keeps you full all afternoon.

Ingredients

400g tin cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
1 small red onion, halved and finely sliced
200g tin of tuna
2 tablespoons roughly chopped flat leaf parsley
Lemon juice or wine vinegar to taste
Ground black pepper

 

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with a crispy salad.
