Method1. Put all ingredients except chicken and lemon wedges in a bowl and mix well.2. Transfer the mixture to a freezer bag. Add chicken breasts to the bag and coat them thoroughly with the mixture. 3. Seal the bag and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. 4. When ready to cook, grill chicken for 6-10 minutes each side or until cooked. 5. Serve with lemon wedges and cooked vegetables or salad.
